I think ADR had a good birthday weekend.

We went out to dinner a few times and to the casino. He had a pretty successful day at the slots, I on the other hand did not :( but we still had a lot of fun.

Last night I made buffalo chicken taquitos (recipe here) They were so delish! I wish I had taken a picture but I was in a rush. I've been on an extreme buffalo sauce kick, this is the second recipe I've made this week using buffalo chicken. Luckily ADR doesn't mind.

I stocked up on some summer beauty products.

I wanted a lighter scent for summer than my usual autumn/winter Bath & Body Works Sensual Amber scent.

I also wanted some bright fun nail polishes.

I also need some advice from y'all, do any of you have a Chromebook and do you recommend them?

Fashion Friday

I had a very relaxing week, I've been catching up on magazines and my ever growing book pile.

ADR's birthday is Sunday and I can't believe it's been a year since our casino trip. 

I've already bought his gift and I'm hoping to make the entire weekend special.

I know that recently my posts have been short, but honestly we've had a lot of down time with not much going on and I don't want to put y'all to sleep with the mundane details haha. But also I might have a little blogger's block (again) and inspiration isn't flowing as freely right now. 

But I still love sharing pretty photos with you and I will keep doing that even if I don't have a lot to share personally.

Glamour Tuesday

I hope y'all had a great weekend and Monday.

We did make it to see The Great Gatsby, it was such an amazing movie and so visually beautiful. I see it winning a ton of awards. 

Not to mention Leonardo Dicaprio made a new generation of girls swoon. While he made others fall in love all over again.

The soundtrack was also fantastic. I bought it as soon as I got home and have been listening to it on repeat ever since.

I'm so excited for this weekend, even though we are going to be busy I'm hoping we can squeeze in a trip to go see The Great Gatsby. I was quite surprised last night while watching an ad for the movie ADR said that he wanted to see it too. Amazing how keeps surprising me.

I think the movie's going to be visually stunning and I can't wait to see how the soundtrack fits into the film.

Anyone else going to see Gatsby?

I didn't go too crazy shopping the past few weeks. 

I got a new phone case after seeing a similar one on Youtube and falling in love with it. 

I picked up a summer perfume, Prada Candy. It smells so good! I'm obsessed with it, it smells so feminine and flirty. 

I also got a two finger bar ring, I might be late on this accessory trend but I've been wanting one for ages.

Glamour Tuesday

I can't believe we're almost half way through the year!

Today, I think I'm going to sit down and make a summer 2013 bucket list. I know the one thing I want to do is record more video of this summer. Another thing is I want to take more bike rides, I used to do this a lot as a kid with my brothers and we loved every second of it.

My dream bike is the one pictured above with a little basket for my camera and a book.

Glimpse of my weekend:

1. I love opening my mailbox and seeing it filled with packages!

2. This is the dinner ADR threw together for us. Those were honestly the best cheeseburgers I've ever had, not only is there Swiss cheese and mushrooms on top but also in the middle. He also made marinated chicken strips. Yum!

3. Friday night ADR brought me these lilacs, they smell so good, I love sitting next to them while I read.

4. I won this body mist in a giveaway and it smells so good! I've never tried Victoria's Secret's body sprays until I received this but I think I might have to make a trip to the mall to try more.
